Hot Dill Pickle Mayonnaise

- 3 tablespoons hot dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot dill pickle juice

Jerk Mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small Scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped

Chipotle Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 1 cup Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
- 1 can (7 oz) chipotle peppers in adobo
Directions
Puree the chipotle peppers in adobo in a blender. Measure 2 tablespoons of the puree, place in a bowl with the mayonnaise and mix until smooth. (Set the remaining puree aside for another use.) Cover and refrigerate the Chipotle Mayo until use.
Wasabi Mayonnaise
An easy menu upgrade with big flavor, it’s perfect for spicy deviled eggs or chicken salad, and for giving your signature burger a kick (pro tip: top the burger with pickled ginger). Also great as a dipping sauce for crispy chicken wings, chicken tenders, and charcuterie or fresh crudité plates.
